CCL Upstand Boards are manufactured form a variety of insulation materials extruded polystyrene foam or non – combustible rock fibre insulation factory bonded to external grade high impact fibre cement facing board.
CCL Upstand Boards are designed to provide thermal insulation to upstands and parapet walls in flat roof constructions.
CCL Upstand Boards are supplied in a standard size consisting of 50mm insulation bonded to 6mm high impact fibre cement board, giving an overall size of 56mm x 600 x 1200. Other thicknesses and non-standard board sizes are available if site conditions require it.
The mineral wool and high impact fibre cement boards used to manufacture the CCL Mineral Wool Upstand Board are both classified as Euroclass A1 as defined in BS EN 13501-1.
