Individually sized sound attenuator pads and metal grid for the new ticket hall and escalator barrels. The challenge was to meet not only the strict fire, smoke and toxicity criteria for this project, but also to minimise the production costs involved making a large number of different sizes and shapes of pads to fit the Victorian tunnels. The on-site space restrictions were also testing in both when and how many items could be supplied at any one-time, necessitating night-time and weekend deliveries on smaller vehicles.
