Faced and enclosed insulation

The CCL range of ceiling and interior products are designed to provide thermal, fire and acoustic insulation for suspended ceilings, roof voids and interior partition applications.

45 to 140kg rock fibre core that is classified as Euroclass A1 to BS EN 13501-1 in thickness of 8mm to 200mm depending on the density of the donor board.

Facings available are black and white glass tissue, reinforced aluminium foil or acoustic cloth. The slabs can be faced on one or two sides with any of the facings or can be enclosed completely if required.

CCL also produce a range of slabs that are foil faced, edged and returned, with a black glass face for use above perforated metal ceilings tiles.

45 to 140kg rock fibre core that is classified as Euroclass A1 to BS EN 13501-1 in thicknesses of 8mm to 200mm depending on the density of the donor board faced with 250 gauge black polythene. Polythene with a fire retardant additive is available for larger projects on application.

Glass fibre core that is classified as Euroclass A1 to BS EN 13501-1 supplied in thickness of 25mm to 300mm faced with 250 gauge black polythene. Polythene with a fire retardant additive is available for larger projects on application. The product can be supplied cut to specific sizes for use above suspended ceilings or in full rolls for use as attic or ceiling void insulation.

Glass fibre core that is classified as Euroclass A1 to BS EN 13501-1 supplied in thickness of 25mm faced with 250 gauge blue polythene in sizes to suit all major manufacturers cold water tanks.

The CCL Cold Water Tank Insulation Jackets come supplied in cardboard boxes with fixing instructions and all required fixing ribbons and tape.

Plain & Faced Rock Mineral Wool Slab

The CCL range of faced rock mineral wool slabs provides thermal, fire, and acoustic insulation solutions for multiple applications including acoustic linings, ceiling systems, timber frames, roof voids & partitioning systems.

Manufactured using non-combustible rock wool slab, manufactured by Rockwool or Knauf, the specified facer material, (white / black glass tissue, reinforced BCO foil, paper etc) is adhered to the face on one or both sides using hot melt (polyolefin based, synthetic resin) adhesive.

Slabs are also fully wrapped with a combination of products such as foil & tissue or can be polythene enclosed.

The CCL slab range is available in thicknesses from 25mm to 200mm in 5 mm increments and in densities from 33 kgm³ to 140 kgm³ as standard.

CCL plain and faced slabs are supplied 1200mm x 600mm as standard and are manufactured to the nearest slab with no minimum order. Other slab sizes may be available depending on density / thickness.

Density Plain Faced

More thicknesses and densities available upon request. Greater than 200mm can be achieved through bonding. Slabs are also supplied plain, with no facing as required.

CUT TO SIZE (CTS) RANGE

CCL manufacture precision cut, mineral wool, Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and PIR insulation boards & strips
in a range of densities, thicknesses, lengths and widths.

CTS Range – Rock Mineral Wool, EPS & PIR:

With no minimum order quantity, less dust and damage, the CCL range of factory cut solutions save time, money and improve the speed of application on site.

CTS solutions are used used in multiple applications ranging from slab perimeter strips in ground floor build-ups, to thermal breaks in modular construction.

Rock mineral wool insulation finished sizes are manufactured to the customers specification in thickness, length, width & density using

Density – 33kg m³ to 140 kg m³

Thickness – 20mm to 240mm (Depending on density)

EPS & PIR finished sizes are manufactured to the customers specification, with EPS generally being EPS 70 grade and PIR with either foil or tissue facings.

Cut strips are supplied boxed, bagged, plain or palletised and are available for collection, delivery to stock or direct to site on pallets with a weather proof covering.
